Writing your User Stories this way will make your product development 10x more effective.

Instead of writing it this way:

❌ [User] wants [x feature] so that they can [avail this benefit]

Write it this way:

✔ As a [user] I want to use your product to achieve [this overall goal]. Hence I would like to [do some action on the product] so that the system can provide [ this outcome]

Why is this 10x more effective?
👉 Using "I" in your user story puts you in your user's shoes.

👉 "this overall goal" is directly linked to the mission of the product and serves as a constant reminder for the team.

👉 "do some action on the product" specifically targets the user's action and subtly introduces the user's journey into your feature writing. 💥

👉 "this outcome" makes it very clear, what the value those set of features must provide.

Getting your User Stories right is tedious.

But it gets you to product market fit much faster than you think!
